Description: I live on Woodlawn St by Forest Hills where there has been a recent installation of a concrete block in the street at the intersection with Hyde Park ave. I was almost in a head on collision driving down Woodlawn at the intersection bc a car was turning onto Woodlawn, didn’t see me coming and there was no space for two cars now bc of the concrete block. There has also been no parking change to the southern corner of Woodlawn so cars are parked there. Which means at the entrance to a two way street, cars have only one lane to enter or exit onto a four lane road. The risk of collision is going to drastically increase and Id ask that either the parking is removed on the southern corner or the concrete block is removed.
