Illegal Parking

- Description
- Again. These livery vehicles park on Dalton Street all the time. There are no parking spaces there. Then as soon as coach comes to drop off or pick up at the Four Seasons, which happens often, the whole intersection backs up. Why are they allowed to park in the street? Not even double parked. It's the street with zero parking spaces.
