Third snow storm and still theres literally an open Water & Sewer manhole cover, with a damaged frame. Barrel was struck and knocked over, leaving it wide open. Covered it up again. Not sure how long itll last.

Please issue to Mr Cardarelli, or someone that can get this over to Water & Sewer, as a high priority. Sewer frame and cover was destroyed during last snow storm. Theres approximately seven open case for this. Not sure why thier not replacing this. Put a heavy barrel on it this morning. Dangerous to pedestrian and vehicles. Thanks much.
