Mold in Apartment- there is black mold growing in our apartment (we tested the mold through a lab) and property management is failing to remove or action properly.

Illegal Airbnb operating at 54 Snow Hill St

Dumpster is full. The smell of the trash is seeping in the windows and people are dumping trash in it. Smells bad

There is something going on at this address. I have reported all the trash in the yard, exercise equipment, refrigerators, furniture, branches and leaf debris. People unknown to the neighbors coming and going. Now I hear they are planning on becoming a boarding house and put rooms in the basement. They will blame each other and you won't do anything. The renter or squatter on the top floor maybe the one creating a cottage industry and sticking people in the basement. Check it out.

Illegal short term rental

Loud college parties happening at 3AM. Frequent use of drugs. Fights. Illegal use of noise amplification outdoors exceeding 50 decibels after 11PM in violation of Boston city code. This happens 3-4x per week, often on weeknights, and many neighbors have reported this property to the police. We have reached out to the landlord in excess of three times and want the city to issue a citation.

Homeless In tents; please come out remove and clean up - not appropriate in our neighborhood with so many kids -

I heard my neighbor is running an Airbnb out of our building - how can I get them to stop? This isn’t an owner occupied building and it makes me feel unsafe.
