He is contacting the customer and she will receive her money back. they are trying to figure out who is responsible for the refund since poland springs is who services the water station in the store. We explained they are at the current time since Stop and Shop is providing this service to their customers.

This particular dispensary does, in fact, have a $40 minimum for purchases. This condition pre-dates the BCB so we're not entirely certain if this condition was negotiated as part of the community process or not.
