I am reaching out because I previously reached out in July 2023 (case #101004914623) and I am still having problems with my landlord not restoring light to our building. I previously reached out but then traveled out of the country so did not receive any of the follow up. Our stairs are extremely dangerous and I (/my roommates) have sent at least 5 emails and no one will restore the light. We have also had issues this summer with them not fixing a lock into the building and causing the residents to be locked out for multiple days in a row. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

Both houses are playing loud music now… one is located on Geneva Ave and the other is on Leroy st. Their backgrounds are right behind each other. They are blaring music loud all the time.

They have been playing loud music for the past 2 hours. People have work and school tomorrow. It’s very loud and unable to sleep with it blaring. Both houses are always blaring music late into the night. One is located on Leroy and the other on Geneva with their backyards connecting each other with a gate dividing it.
