Trash coming down from church and their activities. They hold food giving services every Friday and trash that accumulates that they fail to pick up and collect over the week with the wind blowing flows down to my property's yard backyard 209 Eustis Street.

Constituent states that this vehicle has been parked across from this address for a few months without moving. We are submitting this information for your review regarding 608 Dorchester Avenue, Unit S (South Boston 02127). A similar concern was previously reported to the city in December 2025. The ground-level unit appears to be operating as a full-time residential apartment within a B-1 (General Business) subdistrict, yet no publicly available record of a residential Certificate of Occupancy or legal Change of Use exists for that space. There is a long history of smoking-related and ventilation complaints originating from this unit, including strong cooking and smoke odors migrating into other occupied areas of the building through shared walls and ceiling cavities. The unit contains a full residential kitchen and a recirculating range hood that vents internally rather than to the exterior, as well as a bathroom fan that appears to discharge into a shared wall cavity, not outside. These conditions suggest the space may have been converted from a former commercial use to residential occupancy without required building, mechanical, or fire protection upgrades. We have 92 units, adjacent to the mall where there is a Popeye's chicken and McDonalds, that seem to be adding to the problem.
