There are a few things wrong here. Ella Goren applied for a Home Share for 80 Marion St in Boston. She moved and submitted a legal change of address in April 2021 to the Secretary of State. This should have immediately invalidated her STR as she was no longer sharing her home as she now lives in Wayland. This STR registration number STR455655 is not being used for 80 Marion Street. It is instead being used for 243 Princeton St. As far back as July of 2021 this registration number has been used for this property (which is NOT eligible for an STR). This permit is also expired and still in use. This amount of overcrowding wouldnt even work for a lodging house or bed and breakfast. Each of the three units in this building needs its own STR registration number. If I have three cars I dont get to register them all under the same number.
