    The road is unpaved and due to weather/storms throughout the winter, there are 30+ potholes and is making the road nearly impossible to drive on. Would like for potholes to be filled at the very least for pedestrian safety.

    Case Resolved. The property owners on private ways are responsible for any and all maintenance. The City has to allocate all of its limited capabilities and resources to the maintaining of public roadways and sidewalks. They should reach out to an asphalt or roadway company to have the necessary maintenance preformed. They can also inquire with the Public Improvement Commission (PIC) about preforming a betterment to change over from Private to Public. See attached link for more information.
