25 Russell St, Charlestown, Ma, 02129Constituent states the property at 27 russell street pulled permits and has two cones with permits posted on them extending from front of 23-29 russell st. Constituent states these addresses dont have a permit to use space savers. Constituent has put in previous cases to PW to remove the cones but they refer to BTD. the issue has been going on for a month. Constituent states no contractors have been to the property and the cones are just being used to reserves multiple parking spots for the members of 27 russel st.
