Illegal parking

Trash is out in bags again and not in proper receptacles in alleyway. This is a repeated pattern every trash day and attracting rodents.

Non resident (Porsche MA 8nc776) parked for days are they charged for every two hours

Today at approximately 4:50 PM, while I was turning from D Street onto Summer Street, my car shut off while I was slowing down to stop, and the engine warning light came on. Due to this mechanical issue, the vehicle went out of control, and the brakes were not functioning properly. In order to avoid a more serious accident, I struck a taxi stand sign. There were no injuries, and the incident was unintentional. I am reporting this matter for documentation and any necessary follow-up.
