What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reports illegally stored autobody vehicles from Guerrero Auto Repair 1325 Dorchester Ave, Boston, MA 02122 all around the neighborhood. They cover up residental parking stickers and block off loading zones for neighboring businesses. Constituent states this has been going on for some time.]
