Constituent reported this issue yesterday, but before PWD had arrived to remove the mattress, the mattress had been dragged onto their property somehow, making it ineligible for removal. Constituent isn't the one who had dumped the mattress there or moved it further onto the property, but they wanted to request removal again since they are moving the mattress on to the curb.
