Rodent Activity
On going issues of Rat feces outside of building and very potent smell of urine at 18 Oxford st. Appears to be an abandoned building. Someone locked abandoned mattresses inside the building and the building is infested with rats.This should be considered a huge health hazard. It can’t be healthy to breath in the smell on a constant basis.

The alley is a private way and there are mattresses as well as a large amount of unknown scattered trash. The trash has been there for a long time and CE cases have been made for their property.]

Ref. Case 101005617491. Behind wooden fence. The rats now have three holes they are coming out of. I have seen them day and night.
