    Tree in back off house in-between 3 houses has limbs wrapped in between wires that go from pole to pole. People complaining of lights flicking off and on, loss of wifi often. Every time it's windy or raining people are loosing connection due to branches wrapped in between the wires. When the wind blows it's pulling down the wires.Can the branches be trimmed? Also the wires in front of 92-94 and 88-90 the wires on the top are severely frayed due to squirrel eating the wires.
