Motorized delivery vehicle without visible license plate driving on Friday, 3/13 on the Herford St sidewalk at 12:25 pm from Beacon to Commonwealth ave and almost crashed into me , my 9 year old, and her friend walking back from elementary school. He did not slow done for us on the sidewalk. By the time I took my phone out , he was already at the corner with Comm Ave.

I am hearing continuous impact noise during quiet hours. It sounds like a dog jumping off furniture early in the morning. This has been happening since the tenants moved into the unit above mine. The noise repeatedly wakes me from sleep and is now affecting my health. Today alone the disturbances occurred at 2:30 AM, 3:38 AM, and 4:08 AM. I have repeatedly informed property management about this issue.
