Near park street MBTA stop a seagull (brown bird) is breathing heavy and laying on the ground, not walking or moving. Concerned it is unwell.

Dead bird near Savin hill was brought physically near the MBTA by me personally after I found it dead in front of McKenna’s, the blood stain is still on the floor there. I moved it to the parking lot grass of the mbta to be out of people’s way on the street. I can move the bag back to original location where originally found. Do I call MBTA? Will they pick it up?

Columbia Rd., Bird St bus stop MBTA bus stop not shoveled out. How are the people supposed to get to the bus? Also, the fire hydrant is totally covered. Come on Boston do better.
