Plenty of public garages- or the MBTA nearby- that the tax paying public has to use, and there is even a police station with a garage nearby, yet many police park illegally in tow zones without consequence. In the park by city hall across from Boston Market in the north end, there is a water table that’s super cool and has a bunch of steel structures that let you pump water. At the very bottom there is a steel windmill that accelerates by water falling into it. I took a video that will show you that this thing was spinning at over 50 mph. I really think when you see the video you are going to send someone out to remove this little item right away. If any child were to touch it would definitely break their hand and if a small child were to crawl into it they could get really severely hurt. It doesn’t spin that fast all the time, but today I saw it happen 10 or so different times in a 30 minute period. Please leave me a voicemail if you call, so I know it’s you. It has an expired inspection sticker and was recently ticketed for that on 7/21.
