  • Snow Plowing/Salting

699 Boylston St, Boston, Ma, 02116

The sidewalk in front of Boston Public Library (Central) is a complete disaster. I would love to share a picture but I was frankly focused on not falling on the sheet of ice. That sidewalk leads up to the Green Line stop for Copley and is a safety hazard for able-bodied individuals and therefore completely impassable for anyone with a disability using mobility devices or the elderly. This needs to be fixed immediately.

Case Noted. Thank you for your email. Our facilities team treated the perimeter around the building prior to opening today as well as some targeted areas mid-morning. The area in question around the train station should be directed to the MBTA. I will respond to the constituent directly. Best, Pamela.
