    2 trucks dropping off items and redirecting traffic like they are police. Blocking off an entire street leading to main road Tremont st, telling people the street is closed. There’s no signage, no cops, no cones, just them and their fat trucks blocking the entire road and two random men directing traffic to turn onto another street due to them deciding the road is closed.
