Space savers. Please remove

Trash cans placed as space savers in parking area after trash pickup time all throughout properties along SUTHERLAND ROAD and KILSYTH ROAD IN BRIGHTON,MA 02135.This one pictured belongs to 142 SUTHERLAND ROAD.The waste cans sometimes still have waste in them make it a hazard for pedestrians with kids in strollers to walk or go to their cars on trash day. This area has a recent problem with this activity as space savers are illegal.

Permits end at 4:00pm but space savers have been placed in the street to reserve parking spots overnight.

Snow space savers are still in front of this house, and trash in yard continues falling down into the sidewalk.

How is the city allowing this situation? The entire street is filled with space savers taking up all the parking spots, leaving no available parking for residents. Can the city please address this issue? I am requesting that Code Enforcement issue violations and that Public Works remove these items as soon as possible.
