Why is Jet-A-Way allowed to awaken the entire neighborhood by servicing the dumpster behind the Roxbury Courthouse at 3 am on Thursday mornings? The noise is quite loud and echoes across the boys and Girls Club fields into our homes. Other waste companies do not do this and it is against city of Boston statute.We have contacted Jet-A-Way directly and they refuse to stop, saying they have a right to do this. The City of Boston Public Works Department Regulations Regarding Transportation of Refuse and Dumpsters says, "1.4.5 .TIMES RESTRICTED. No dumpster shall be transported, emptied or serviced between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M.
