Increased activity of rodents that have attacked my car and caused so much damage to many of my cars.

Severe rodent infestation on the 270 Centre Street property, by the parking lot. Rats have established a burrow network on the property and colonized the neighborhood. It has not improved over the past two months.

Flat rat on the sidewalk between the fire hydrant and the north corner of Priscilla Road and Chestnut Hill Avenue.

Rat bites: [No] Rats in the house: [Yes] Rats outside of property: [No] What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reports issues with rodent activity in their unit. Constituent reached out to their landlord starting 11/15/25 regarding rodent activity in their unit. Thier landlord hried an exterminator once to investigate the problem but since then the rodent activity has only gotten worse. Constituent states that the landlord has told them that they're the only one with mice in their unit and that it's the ocnstituent's fault so they haven't done anything more about it. Constituent states it's at the point where mice are on their bed and running around the unit without hiding, as well as leaving feces everywhere. Constituent has also had to relocate their dog with relatives of theirs because it was getting sick as a result of the rodents in the unit.]

Massimino apartment building tenants have bed bugs and placing their unprotected furniture on the street and sidewalk out front of the San Antonio Club and adjacent buildings. Bed bug infested belonging should be placed out properly and this area should now be cleaned. This is a sanitation issue .
