Harvest Terrace Dorchester, not sure why it is closed as there are no tickets or removals of the cars. They all live in Boston and have addresses in Boston. I pay my MA tax and high premiums for my insurance. Please take notice of the cars and 6 months. They all have well exceeded. This is a huge issue in residential areas. The 3 car is technically abandoned as it has not moved in 3 weeks! This is crazy...please help!!
