Why are city vehicles parking long term in 15min spots? City employees who break city rules should personally pay up.

I filed a report 17 days ago: #101006597886. It remains open. When can I expect this issue to be resolved?

Filing a report AGAIN to ask for BTD review of a mirror, stop sign, or rumble strip on Custer street at the intersection with Goldsmith. Cars coming out of goldsmith have a stop sign but cannot see up Custer street due to parking and blind spots, and Custer street has no stop sign. Another collision occurred today at around 1:15 ET.
