A fire hydrant on Adams street, next to the Walter baker chocolate factory apartments has been knocked out of the ground and rendered useless since Easter Sunday ‘26. The water has been turned off, so the city has to be aware of the issue. However in the past 2 weeks me and hundreds of other residents have been at risk of fire because you have not fixed this hydrant. Cab Stand is full of passenger vehicles. This has been a daily occurrence recently, not sure if their is a new BTD officer assigned to the area. In the past the previous BTD officer would tag these vehicles. If it's okay to park here without fear of being ticketed I'd like to know, because I pay to park in the garage. It's on Franklin st; between Congress st and Federal st. Thank you in advance for addressing this issue or clarifying if we can park here without fear of being ticketed.
