Public alley 416 / back bay has dozens of potholes — issue runs from one end to other

Sidewalk is unusable for wheelchair and push cart users.

I am reporting ongoing noise pollution and suspected illegal business activity at 186 Columbia rd, Dorchester, MA. Xavier auto repair shop is operating beyond its permitted scope, functioning as a body shop, car wash, auto parts vendor, and junk yard. As of today, a generator-powered water hose has been running continuously since approximately 8:00 AM, creating excessive and disruptive noise for nearby residents. This reflects a broader pattern of disregard for the surrounding community. I am requesting inspection, enforcement of proper business regulations, and clear oversight to ensure compliance, noise control, and accountability moving forward.

White BTD installed pickets/plastic bollards are down all over Calumet Square. Worse than the look of graffiti. We were told they would be immediately replaced if this happened. But instead the area looks trashed.

This is the third weekend in the last 4 that there’s been loud construction outside in the backyard. We understand it during the normal weekday constructions hours, but shouldn’t have to listen to loud power tools throughout the neighborhood every weekend. The last 2 reports are still open, it would be greatly appreciated if this was addressed for the sake of everyone whose weekends have been constantly disrupted by this noise. Thank you
