Recycling not picked up/collected on scheduled day. 3rd consecutive week of no recycling pickup. (Trash collection came this morning)

Construction had made a 2 way st. Impossible for cars to get by. The most frustrating thing I’ve seen in Boston so far!

Car with out of state plates and no resident sticker has been parked here for 3 weeks and taking up two parking spots on a street with already limited parking. Needs to be towed to make room for residents.

This area of sidewalk has been treacherous for years. Someone attempted to “fix“ it several years ago, but didn’t do a good job and now it’s as bad as ever. The walkable area is getting narrower a narrower every week.

Reported via email on 3/6: I slipped and fell on the first steel slab on Summer street, pictured below. This occurred yesterday 3/6/26 at 6:30pm. It was cold and rainy. Scrapped my knees up and am pretty sore. I fell hard; it could have been worse. I could have been seriously injured, and it inevitably will happen again. All I can think of is if an elderly person that's fragile or a child slips on one of these and hits their head on the bricks. These steel slabs are a clear hazard, and I implore you to replace them with something with grip. Please do something before someone does gets seriously hurt, it would be a preventable and unacceptable tragedy.
