Illegal parking, fire hydrant is blocked.

NO HOT WATER AFTER 5pm. I have called my management office placed daily work orders and nothing have been done. This has been an in going issue. I have been complaining about this issue since October of 2025. I was told on Monday when I called the management office for the 100 time that by the time I get home from work all the hot water has been used up.
