There's a signal jammer or high powered communications interference from equipment on Commonwealth Ave. The interference causes Android Auto/Apple Carplay in vehicles to constantly malfunction, and rapidly/suddenly disconnect, preventing phone calls/911 calls to function properly, loss of GPS on car infotainment screen. Phones are unable to connect to cars in the area of Agganis Arena, causing a constant attempt to connect and a forced disconnect. For inbound traffic on Comm Ave, it starts right at 950 Comm Ave (Sullivan Tire) until you pass approx 888 Comm Ave. For outbound traffic, the interference begins from Buick St until you pass 949 Comm Ave.
