My wife and I experienced numerous bikers riding bikes over the lock walkway while we were walking to TD garden from Charlestown. We were almost hit and it was creating a hazardous environment for pedestrians. When biker was confronted, we were met with profanity. There are signs that say no bikes and the city spent over $100m on the bill russell bridge that has bike lanes in both directions. Requesting enforcement, larger signage.

City of boston planted two new trees on east third, but none of the neighboring homes have water spigots to water them — can the city of boston come out at every other week or even monthly to add water to the bags to keep them alive? I can try to fill them in between. Otherwise they are just going to keep dying the city will have to keep replacing them every year which has been what is happening

City Garbage can has been removed. Not enough garbage cans in the neighborhood.

This issue has been reported to several City Hall liaison reps for East Boston over the past year! The Street is sinking in front of 202-204. It is not a pot hole, although there are many cracks in the street. Because the road is sinking when it rains or snows a large puddle forms. In the winter the melting snow mixes with the salt the City puts down. My car gets covered with the splash over from this salty mixture to the point it appears to be white. It took the finish off my old car's windshield wipers. I got a new car in February and the splash over continued to hit my new car. The city liaison actually saw it in person and was shocked. I was told in February nothing would get done until the spring. I was then told by a new liaison, Roberto, that it was on the "list". I tried to follow up with him twice after he told me this and left messages, but he never returned my calls! I since learned he left that position. I was advised bt City Councilor Colleta's office to submit this to 311. This summer I came close to falling in this area due to the sinking Street. I caught myself in time before actually hitting the ground. This is getting to be a hazardous condition. I am attaching photos but think it would be better realized in person since I can only attach 3!

One might think you could do parking enforcement in front of City Hall.

Too hard to make right turn off of Michelangelo st onto charter st without going up onto the sidewalk with the car or almost or hitting the cars parked across the street on charter street especially if you’re driving a full size SUV, van or truck. Not to mention fire trucks and ambulances. This is a huge safety hazard. There sound not be parking directly across the street on charter st for a distance in which it makes it safe and possible for cars to exit Michelangelo street safely like any other streets in the city. I’m sure it doesn’t meet current standards. Please help correct this issue

The scaffolding at 45 Franklin Street has remained in place for more than six months in violation of city code. Did they get an extension? it appears the scaffolding was built with no near term plans to actually do any work on the building.
