In Harvard Mall Park, part of City of Boston parks, gaslight broken, damaged. Inside Park between Henley & Harvard

A long time ago the city dug into the ground outside my front door and displaced a number of our bricks. They replaced them with gravel filling which is an eyesore and dangerous for the disabled residents. We still have the bricks — please send someone as soon as possible to put them back in place.

HELP! Huge rat holes and tunnels in the city garden. Can they be filled in and rats bate set. You had done it last year and it was very helpful. We hope you can do this before the neighborhood cleanup. Thank YOU!!!

DANGEROUS TREE BRANCH - A nice large green tree on the city’s sidewalk outside our house has/had two big dead branches. The one circled in red in the attached picture fell on and crunched a car last night. The other, larger, dead branch that is circled in yellow in the picture is just waiting to fall on my children’s bedroom. Please remove this branch (but not the whole beautiful tree!) before that happens! We appreciate your help in keeping the city beautiful and safe :)

This tree in front of our house is growing into the street, making it difficult to park. Neighbors on both sides have accidentally run into it and had their side windows taken off, resulting in thousands of dollars of damage. I’m sure there have been others who have hit it. Is there anything that can be done to straighten it out, or even remove the tree? My family has been thinking about planting a dogwood on our property near this space, we’d be happy to work with the city on a shade solution that is also attractive and doesn’t block the street.

CARGURU Building eyesore! Not only is this building a city skyline eyesore…the lights are so bright at night!!! This is not Las Vegas! This may not be a code violation but a violation of taste and human decency. LIGHT POLLUTION!

Another idiot parking way beyond the pole with a handicapped sign. Maybe tonight they will get a ticket because last night another car parked beyond the pole and nothing happened. I guess the city doesn't need the money which is a hefty ticket.

Cars not heeding traffic lights, stop signs or cross walks. I would like to report the above issue which I observe almost daily at the following locations: Hewlett street @ Walter: cars not stopping for red light. Selwyn @ Hewlett: cars not stopping at stop signs. Centre @ Knoll: cars not stopping for pedestrians in cross walk. I have been almost hit multiple times crossing at these locations in Roslindale. A sign located at Faneuil hall market place in downtown Boston is damaged . The entire pole is leaning over and you can’t read the sign. Freedom trail sign to be repaired. It is located directly behind city hall office building directly in front of Sam Adam’s retail store
