What is the city’s ordinance on double parking? I drive down beach street a lot and I am always worried I’m going to hit a person or bike because all the double parking blocks vision and makes you swerve around them so if a bike is next to me I might not see them as I try and go around a double parked car. It’s so dangerous!! Idk how this hasn’t been fixed?? Maybe we need to replace 2 hour parking with 15 min parking on beach street or make it pedestrian and bikes only to make it safer.

Car parked in bus stop and at hydrant parked in opposite direction. If u don't want to send someone out I just want to let u know I have screenshots to show city counselor. God forbid if an emergency came up and couldn't get to hydrant

This vehicle has been blocking the driveway for 6 hours now. No resident sticker. It happens weekly now and there has never been a response from the city. Where does all our the tax money go ?

I Am Once Again Asking the city of boston to redraw this worn down crosswalk right outside of Boston Medical Center

We are submitting this information for your review regarding 608 Dorchester Avenue, Unit S (South Boston 02127). A similar concern was previously reported to the city in December 2025. The ground-level unit appears to be operating as a full-time residential apartment within a B-1 (General Business) subdistrict, yet no publicly available record of a residential Certificate of Occupancy or legal Change of Use exists for that space. There is a long history of smoking-related and ventilation complaints originating from this unit, including strong cooking and smoke odors migrating into other occupied areas of the building through shared walls and ceiling cavities. The unit contains a full residential kitchen and a recirculating range hood that vents internally rather than to the exterior, as well as a bathroom fan that appears to discharge into a shared wall cavity, not outside. These conditions suggest the space may have been converted from a former commercial use to residential occupancy without required building, mechanical, or fire protection upgrades.
