Bike lane needs to be restriped

I found a very sick bird that was twitching on the sidewalk outside 356 Seaver St., Dorchester.

Same BMW, still parked in front of 2 Milford, New York plates. No ticket. GFP 4474. This is only reinforcing bad behavior. Resodents need these spots. Please ticket. Also, note the Taxi parked 2 down. Also not a resident.

No parking, resident parking only signs, or other deterrents needed on Rockmount st/Rock terrace. Too many strangers park there, smoke weed, etc., often block access for resident parking. Every day the construction workers double park or block driveway. It is extremely dangerous as I have almost been hit multiple times by people swerving around them or when I try to pull out of the driveway. It is embarrassing that nothing has been done about it. I’m sick of writing these and nothing being done. There will be a fight one of these days because of it.
