I have made several attempts to place calls to the Boston Police Department as well as using the 311 app for issues, which most of the time 311 closes the case without it being resolved, and the BPD takes a while to come since it’s a non emergency so the car is no longer there, once they arrive, or if the car is still there the police will alarm there sirens so the person can come out and move it, in which they put it right back after the police leaves. There is a white honda which repeatedly parks there and leave it. I also reach out to the Boston Police Department on making an effort to make a presence /daily routine in this area a little more often, as well as reaching out to you the Boston Parking Clerk. So now I am asking for help again to at least get this area patrolled a little more often.]

Complaint I want to complain about two parking clerks that are racially targeting a elderly person in. East Boston . They are targeting his car every night on Princeton Street . His is a life long resident and they are purposely targeting his car because they no he doesn't have the money to pay the tickets and they are piling up . His car is going to get the boot because the 2 parking clerks are looking for his car every night . One of them threthen to beat him up because he was following them and filmed them sleeping on the job . Badge 141 142 . He was trying to get them to stop ticking him every night to fix the problems but they continue to ticket him . They work on the midnight shit . I advised him to go to the police and have a lawyer get involved. They also drive around 2 people too the car . One of them sleeps and the other uses his machine so it looks like they are both working. This man is going to have his car taken when he gets the boot. I have film of them by passing blocks of vehicles just to tag this man. He has filled complaints and nothing is being done . If this doesn't stop and these kids are not reprimanded he will get attorney involved that is just a few . . please put a law in that you should only tag 1 time for the same violation not every day so the people can't pay there ticket s

At Back Bay Station bus turn around the Block by Block red shirt Ambassador for the Back Bay station has been illegally parking her Nissan Altima license # 4nrf88 in the official Hub Station Access Clerk. Someone employed at the station gave her a MBTA vest to put on her dashboard. Please!!! Send parking clerk to Charlestown on the night of bruins and Celtics games. Non residents park in resident spaces before the 8pm time slot leaving no spots for actual residents who are coming home from work to park! Ticket them they should pay for parking not take resident spots

Constituent's mother is 91 years old, has dementia, and requires in home caregivers for assistance. Constituent lives in an area with residental parking and is unable to get caregivers to come to her mother's home to assist with her mother's needs due to the risk of them recieving parking violations. Constituent is reaching out to the office of the parking clerk for assistance in recieving accomidation parking passes to allow caregivers to park in the area.
