Constituent is veteran, dissabled and is suffering from PSTD. He hasn't been able to make a simple correction on his comcast bill (incorrect spelling of his name) so that he can provide documentation. We've contacted the Parking Clerk and I've spoken with Christine Paqliuca. If there is someone that can work with the constituent and Comcast to have his name spelled correctly it would be greatly appreciated. BPD operations contacted 3-1-1 to notify Municipal Security that they received a hang up call from 617-635-2800. According to Municipal security the phone number is an extension from the Parking Clerk's office. To the people complaining about the office of the Parking Clerk did it did you not have the same set up that you worked a week and off or you worked every other day?? And what happened you didn't do your job mail is backlogged still the lines are incredible to be seen in the hall and no one answers the phone. If you don't like your job find another one

Why is it that the Mayor and Governor are requiring an office capacity of a 25% Max capacity, but the Office of the Parking Clerk remain full staff and has been since July? They're the only office in the building working full time whilst every other department even the tow lot have reduced office capacity and split shifts? Per Governor Bakers announcement today, this is the second post asking about Office spaces being limited to 25% capacity. Governor baker stated "Restaurants, businesses, casinos, office spaces, places of worship, fitness centers and many other industries will have seating capacity reduced to 25%, the announcement said."
