States, I have all documentation, including w2 form, change of address form. I do not have a monthly utility bill. Requesting any other alternative prove she's a resident of said address. Constituent would like Gina Fiandaca to look into & address this issue. Ticket number 608551871, license plate CO/M44918. Lori has a commercial plate & parked in a commercial loading zone for 10 minutes & received a parking ticket. Lori appealed the ticket but was denied by the hearing officer.
