Health hazard!! Bird dropping are are health hazard in north station MBTA . It has been getting worse. Pigeons are pooping all over the stairs and escalators (valenti side) . Not safe to hold hand rails or to even breathe. MBTA needs to add netting to keep pigeons from roosting above the interior escalators. Even though they clean periodically it is never enough. Ideally need to stop people from feeding or need to exterminate/ relocate there are so many pigeons!! | Case (SR) Type: [MBTA] Referred To: [MBTA]

Heavy bird droppings at North Station. There is a severe accumulation of bird feces on the indoor escalator steps, escalator side panels, stairs, and walkway area near Valenti Way. Pigeons perch above the escalator inside the station. Please help because this is a serious sanitation issue especially for children who typically put their hands on the sidings. | Case (SR) Type: [MBTA] Referred To: [MBTA]

Constituent states via Contact Form on 7/11: Hello, I wanted to inquire about getting a bench or proper seating at a specific bus stop. On the 15 and 17 bus lines, the stop at Hancock st @ Bird st going towards Fields Corner does not have any seating or even a covering structure. There's ample space for a bench to be put in. The stop on the other side of the street going the other direction has a few benches, but this direction does not. I would like to request one be installed. Thank you, Elliot | Case (SR) Type: [MBTA] Referred To: [MBTA]
