New concrete placed last summer has all been broken up by the snow and salt from the city plowing

After not plowing any of the street parking spots in Beacon Hill this winter despite the huge amounts of snow, how is it possible that your meter maids are ticketing people after street cleaning on the first week this spring even if we’ve moved our car to allow the street to be cleaned. Multiple residents have received tickets after the Street Cleaning has already happened. Are residents expected to drive around for 3 hours waiting until noon even after the street has been cleaned? As you know, parking is extremely limited in this neighborhood and there are always construction signs that reduces the parking even further. This seems unjust. Kindly respond.

const. has been requesting roadway reconstruction for the past 7 years. there has been pothole repairs however const states the patchwork is not enough and the road has deteriorated severely, especially after plowing. const is concerned as there is a cemetery here which has led to many elderly people being in danger on the road. const. is requesting resurfacing or at least contact regarding why the request may not be fulfilled. | Cause of damage: [Normal Deterioration] Type of repair: [Resurfacing] Additional Info: [whole street (not large)]

Why doesn't the city ticket and/or tow cars that are illegal parked in EV charging spots?

Street cleanup needed, road and sidewalk, from plowing/asphalt debris

the asphalt abutting the driveway and sidewalk to 18 Robert St. on the Fairview St. side of the building has been scraped away by the snow plowing efforts and created a big pothole at the entrance to the driveway which makes it difficult for vehicles to enter. please fill in this pothole bordering the driveway entrance. so the lip to the sidewalk and driveway is smooth and safe for pedestrians who might fall into the pothole.

Commonwealth avenue - many cars are parked over 2 feet from curb - interfering with the travel lane - probably due to the poor job the city did with plowing -

There's a snow mount that is in a travel lane causing traffic issues. Unfortunately it is in the shade most of the day, it doesn't need to be taken away just broken up and it will be gone. Can this please be fixed?
