Salting needed on Terrace St., Parker St. and Fisher Ave. Cars, school bus, emergency vehicles, etc. are not able to make drive up Parker street between Terrace Street and Fisher Ave. salt needed to safely drive on roads.

The sidewalks from the Mission Bar and up Calumet Street need to be cleaned immediately. They haven’t been touched and people walk up and down that street all day long. Someone is going to slip and seriously hurt themselves.

Bus stops along 39 route not adequately shoveled to allow exit from rear 2 doors. Picked this one bus stop (of most of them along both the inbound and outbound sides of the route) because it’s where my teen has to get off to get to school. It’s not safe. People can’t get over the snow piles to get to the sidewalk so end up walking in the street alongside the bus until they can access a break or intersection. The 39 buses are the long ones with 3 doors. Do better City of Boston. It’s New England. We should know how to deal with snow.

Snow plowed on to sidewalk and handicap ramp at corner of Saranac and Adams streets in Dorchester. My 87 year old mother Dorchester resident has called twice. She can’t get to her appointment in this neighborhood. She is on a walker and needs access. Local adjacent businesses have called 311 toofir the past week. You have to walk down Saranac or out on busy Adams Street to cross the street.
