Snow plowed on to sidewalk and handicap ramp at corner of Saranac and Adams streets in Dorchester. My 87 year old mother Dorchester resident has called twice. She can’t get to her appointment in this neighborhood. She is on a walker and needs access. Local adjacent businesses have called 311 toofir the past week. You have to walk down Saranac or out on busy Adams Street to cross the street.

Our neighbors at 14 Monument Square don’t remove enough snow on the Tremont side of the building to allow wheelchairs, strollers and people with disabilities to use the sidewalk. This remains almost 10 days after the last storm.

Two city plows ran the red light at Mass Ave and Newbury St and sprayed a crowd of pedestrians with road salt. I was hit in the legs and torso and almost my face. Approx 5pm Tuesday 3/3.

Shoveled sidewalk issue. Still not shoveled. Impassable for children and adults bringing children to school. Must walk in the road.

Please take away these big piles of snow on Marlborough street this photo serves as two nightly resident parking spots in back bay that were never shoveled out because during the day time hours there are two meters . Please shovel out or get rid of pile of snow
