    Why are space savers never removed after the 48-hour period following a snowstorm? It’s incredibly frustrating. The city repeatedly states—on TV and on its websites—that parking spaces can only be saved for 48 hours, yet chairs, cones, boxes, and other items are never picked up or enforced. Drive around Thomas Park and G St and there are lots of space savers.
