Blocking curb cut on Brackett and Faneuil

Unkempt grassy area in front of 1209 Bennington St condos… tree was recently removed leaving a large hole in the ground a posing an endangerment to a pedestrian. Who is responsible for this?

It is a little difficult to tell from the photo, but pedestrians have an all way walk light, including the cyclists using the Southwest corridor. Please redesign this intersection so that people have a harder time blocking the crosswalk and putting pedestrians in danger. Please also send police out to occasionally do traffic enforcement at this intersection where someone died recently, and nothing changed
