Caller states people keep dumping construction debris and trash at this address. |

I live on 130 Dakota street in Dorchester my wife and I has 4 jobs combine so we leave early morning with our 1 year old daughter, we both drive and so do our neighbors who live upstairs. The Main Issue is someone place a big dumpster in our drive way with out notifying us and throwing moldy materials and trash away. I can smell it if I open the door or window. This a major hazored for my daughter who is only 1, and don't not want her getting sick this really needs to remove by tomorrow its even illegal to place this in someone else's yard now my wife has to park some where else its not right or fair. the rear section of this business is stock pile with over a thousand discared tires which forms moud as highest as the building. these tires cover the entire rear area of the business and is now pushing the fencing onto the side walk. My most serious concern is that these tires are breeding grounds for EEE mosquitos who will feed own those enjoying Franklin park this summer | Witnessed incident: [Yes] Case related to commercial waste: [Yes]

We saw the lady working at Michelle Willey (at 8 Union Park Street) put her trash in front of our building about 30 minutes ago. I also called the police to report this since we have had many of these episodes in the past and nothing seems to be corrected. | Witnessed incident: [Yes] Case related to commercial waste: [Yes]
