Ann McNeil from Public Works reports, illegal vending/no permits. states, tables with computers set up on the sidewalk for the past 2 days in from of Boston Architectural College. Ann said she is requesting a follow up. |

They seem to not have a permit and are selling second hand items.]

Joe Girouard, Tall, Gray Hair, Glasses, Well Dressed, around 60 years old. | Type of item for sale: [K2, Hookah, Vaporizers (Fake ones), Glass (some is fake), tobacco products] Details: [He was wanted for prostitution back in 2012. Since then he has opened 4 smoke shops, selling massive quanities of k2 at certain locations, selling FAKE products which is dangerous because people use them to smoke. He buys from a person named Echo (from china).]
