Georgiana's | Details: [Constituent reports that people are using seating on the sidewalk, taking up most of the sidewalk, and do not have a permit for all the seating.]

probably 50 plus, black gentleman, brown coat and baseball hat. He has a hawkers and peddlers license but doesn't belong at location | Type of item for sale: [scarfs] Details: [caller reports illegal vending at this location of scarfs. Caller has a business in South Station that sells same items. He reports illegal vending at this address until 7am-9am, rush hour, and goes to New England Medical Center near the subway and returns to South Station between 4-6pm.]

Short, mustache, blue and white striped coat. | Type of item for sale: [Selling cigarette cartons and illegal fruits] Details: [Caller reporting that there is a man selling these items near the Tire Shop and Lenapark at 754 Blue Hill Ave Dorchester. Usually out until 4-5 every day.]

Tall man, thin in stature. Push cart on the sidewalk (with alot of storage boxes) | Type of item for sale: [Oils, Incense, Bootleg CDs] Details: [Caller reports that the vendor has been there everyday for about two weeks. He is quite territorial, and is harassing passersby to buy his products. Caller has spoken to Hector from Code Enforcement about the issue.]

EBAMS24 | Type of item for sale: [Marketing and advertising] Details: [The owner occupy the second floor for business to customers and meeting without CO. He also occupy the third which suppose to be storage]

<P>Constituent wants someone to go down to the following addresses today and during the weekend.  These illegal vendors set up tables and sell food and I have noticed pigeons flying around and pooping around the food.  This is not safe.</P> <P>The addresses are: 59 & 81 Harrison Avenue and 17 Beach St in Chinatown.  They are there now and will probably be there over the weekend.  I have called before and nothing was done my next stop is the media.</P>
