The building has been vacant for quite some time and includes a large foundation and basement area that has become a breeding ground for rats, mice, and other pests. This situation poses a serious health risk to nearby residents and is negatively impacting our community's safety and quality of life. We urgently need your assistance in inspecting the property and taking any necessary actions to address this public health concern.
