What is the nature of the problem: [Constiutent states that there is an illegal auto body shop that works in front of this abandoned lot which causes oil and other fluids to leak into the roadway]

What is the nature of the problem: [The constituent called to raise a concern on behalf of residents regarding ongoing parking issues caused by a local business, Heron Auto Body. A case was already created and its been months no answers or any consequence.Parking vehicles on resident street and working on them. Theres tickets being issued on vehicles but not the businesses. Residents have reported that this business routinely parks vehicles—presumably those being repaired—along Huckins Street and Blue Hill Avenue. These vehicles occupy a significant number of residential parking spaces, making it extremely difficult for homeowners and tenants to find parking near their homes. Huckins Street in particular is a narrow residential street, and the situation has become especially burdensome for those who live there. According to multiple constituents, Heron Auto Body appears to have sufficient space on its own property to store these vehicles but continues to use public residential streets instead. This has led to repeated complaints, yet no meaningful resolution has been observed. Residents are requesting that appropriate action be taken to address this issue. This may include enforcing existing parking regulations, issuing fines if applicable, or requiring the business to utilizehuck its own property for vehicle storage. The current situation places an unfair burden on the community and significantly impacts residents’ quality of life. The parking enforcement should come out and investigate this issue. ]

There cars being left on jacks and getting repaired by different people. Theres also a vehicle with Ohio plates and its expired. Requesting assistance with this matter.]
