What is the nature of the problem: [Const. states that resident at the service location feeds a ton of birds in the neighborhood, sometimes 50+ at a time. Feeding causes the birds to swarm the neighborhood pooping everywhere. Scraps leftover are increasing rat activity as well.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states that the rear of the property is rotting and there is a hole in the back right corner (in addition to several holes on the exterior wall of house) where the birds nest. There is constant cooing and droppings due to the large amount of pigeons that congregate there. Also referred to Building divison for structural issues]

What is the nature of the problem: [Has noticed an increase of pigeons in the area which has lead to dropping all around the property. may be due to people feeding the pigeons as well as a decrease in planes (the propety is along the flight path to logan).]
