This tree on the corner of Newbury and Dartmouth Streets has a rats nest in it. I have seen rats going into the holes around the roots.

Multiple rats spotted day and night around dumpsters of Dale Village Condos. The run back and forth under the fence between the condo complex and the Florence St Apartment complex.

Rats along curb. Sighting several times a day, day and night, in area.
