This is a beautiful major center of the city across from the historic and renowned Boston Public Library and the Trinity Church. Tourists and residents visit this area by the thousands each day. As a life long resident this is the worst it has ever been with rats during the day and night surrounding the overflowing trash in bins and on the sidewalk. On all levels this is a major health hazard."]
