Smoke test needed in the basement of 160 Newbury ST in Boston - since the manhole explosion a few months ago, there have been rats getting into the building. Would like a smoke test done ASAP to identify any entry points from the City sewer into the building.

Pigeon issues on Anderson street. Someone else is feeding the pigeons on the odd side past 33 Anderson going up the hill now.
